Projects
Here are some examples of the projects I have completed in the past that will show how intentional and thoughtful I am in creating resourceful solutions. Meaningful and critiquing conversations are welcome.
Faculty Recruitment Training Project
This training on Adjunct Recruitment and Hiring Procedures was developed as a result of new hiring procedures being released. Historically, hiring procedures were not read thoroughly due to their length, which often lead to errors in the recruitment process. The goal of this training was to make learning the hiring procedures more engaging and relevant to the user while keeping accessibility at the forefront.
This training utilized branching to delve further into information-heavy topics and to bypass unnessecary material depending on the learner's role in the recruitment. Accessibility was addressed through narration and keyboard shortcuts. The look was designed to mirror the institution's website and branding at the time.
